I might go for Oregon and Washington, but California can and should just become its own country. As a Canadian, I do not want to have what they've got.
That would be cool if the states on the west coast became Canadian provinces. They would get health care and the rest of Canada would have a warm place to go in the winter.

As a Washington resident I’m all for Cascadia. I wouldn’t be opposed to being Canadian either, but the world doesn’t really work that way. California alone is a rather large part of the US GDP.
Canada absolutely does not want Nevada. Nothing but a bunch of conservative voters and tax dodgers. The number of people I know personally who moved to Nevada from California specifically to avoid taxes is insane.
