I have been listening to the soul of healing meditations by Deepak for weeks now, just so I can sleep. I'm high as a kite when I do this bc I have constant pain from autoimmune disease. I have been in the last meditation on the tape, Zero, our source, a lot.

I had such a difficult time this morning. I taught my ESL adults - most of them were there. Waiting for guidance from the college as to what we are telling them. They are at the basic level. They were blissfully unaware of the danger. I dread breaking this to them.

He is in hospital resting and getting the care he needs. He also tested positive for Covid. And back on oxygen. He's hoping to recover and go home. But he might need assisted living which is a nightmare to get.
