Do you eat any weird food that people dont eat too often. Sometimes I get sardines or anchovies. Out the can. Put em on stuff, or just on some crackers or toast. Not often. They're too powerful.

Something my brother used to do is put sweet condensed milk on slices of ham. I tried really hard to think of something weird I've eaten but my palate has always been generic as fuck :(
Honestly. There are times I like to take bits of beef jerky. Like the bits that are at the bottom of a bag and are really just flakes and super small bits you never could eat normally. Then sprinkle them onto mac and cheese.
Aw cripes they didn't try to make 'em healthy or sensible or something did they? No, no, grits gotta be loaded up with cheese and seafood and gravy and all kinds of stuff. Grits by themselves are awful and bland and unpleasant. Crawfish and grits is a Southern miracle.
Id often wrap atring cheese in ham or some other meat and then wrap that in a tortilla and my grandma would always call them gut bombs. Dunno how weird that is but i haven't met a lot of people whove done it
Same club! Even better with a slice of cheese or meat But I have been known to down like half a bottle of olives or more on occasion. ESPECIALLY if they are tasty and salted to perfection!~~
No no, this is even a THING, I've seen this at gourmet ice cream shops! It wasn't my thing but it works surprisingly well, having little slivers of crunchy and salty in your sweet.
ooh nice. anchovies are very nice >:3
idk if its similar to what you are saying but i like putting nuts in yogurt lately. idk how many people eat that. :p
When no one is looking, I will sometimes steal sips of any pickle brine. Cucumbers, olives... the stuff they pickle ginger in is legit amazing. Like, you could carbonate that shit and sell it as some kind of delicious south-east Asian soda.
I mean its so close to tomatoes and rice that have been around for thousands of years and not surprised. I wouldn't do it though the sweetness and subtle flavours of the rice would be too off for me. WOULD tomato rice though. ^^
I actually really like eating citrus peels when they're used up for a tea/soup/braise then re-seasoned. Lot of secret fiber, flavor and vitamins. Also why a lot of companies powder it so pasteurized orange juice still taste the same.
When I get tangerine chicken from a really *good* Chinese restaurant, the kind that actually does the semi-traditional recipe with the peels in, I always nibble on 'em, it's my favorite part. Citrus zest has amazing flavor in it, I should try doing more with them!
Candied citrus rinds are a delicious weakness for me! coated in chocolate and chilled in the fridge! *MAGICAL*~~ I want to get my hands on some of those rare hard to export Amalfi lemons, Ponzino lemons, and Pirrituna lemons someday to candy with!~~
I'll eat red miso right out of the container, and I'm the only person I know who likes Limburger cheese. I love stinky fermented foods. I love anchovies too-- kale with chili, anchovy paste, and parmesan is one of my favorite dishes.
Ate turkey necks once at the Toups Meatery. Surprisingly good.
To this day, I'm not sure if I like natto or not. I had an alleged natto roll at a sushi bar in Boston and I loved it, but there was nothing really that weird about it and everyone told me it was this big acquired taste... so I still dunno if I got the wrong order, or if I just don't mind natto. 🤷♀️

I should probably throw out the jar I have though. I think it's starting to ferment.
I don't know if I like any weird food. I guess candy corn? Everyone tells me they think it's gross, but I like it.
It's GOTTA be crinkle cut like Ruffles brand or else it just doesn't work
Once in a while Ill eat vienna sausages covered in blue cheese and feta.
Or like Feta and pepperoni
or proscioutto wrapped around olives
Or worst of all my favorite olives mozzarella balls drenched in olive oil.
Im not normal im realizing this

only to find out there a very small niche group that does this
Used to be that ketchup kid, but nah - it's sriracha for me now.
Soups and stews, ramen, eggs, steaks, burritos, fajitas, sandwiches on occasion, best sauce for wings...
My favorite type are the ones in tabasco and the mustard ones are a close second.
