Unless you want to have to spend time cleaning it periodically a revolver could be better. Load it, put it in a safe and wait for the apocalypse

A revolver is a lot more reliable. They don’t jam on you when you need it most. You don’t have to worry about whether the safety is on or off.

A lot of Dems are gun owners. We just aren’t nuts.

No problem. NRA does a lot of bad things, but pinch you nose and take a gun course. They are usually taught by ex cops and cover how to be safe with it.

Also know what to do after, if you have to use it. Expect arrest. Know your rights.

I suggest you go to the gun range get gun handling lessons and shooting practice. My dad belonged to the Rod and Gun Club. They had everything I just mentioned to you

Yeah I've been researching all this. I think I'm actually going to do it. Maybe this weekend.....maybe next. Depends on my happenings these next 2 weeks but I am on it. Ugh! I just wish this wasn't a real thing but it is now.

of a civil war before too long. It seems as though that's the plan from their side & frankly, w/ the inaction of our leaders from all stripes, it's pretty much inevitable. Unless we see some real efforts to stop or at least slow all this down, we will be in much more of a fight then ever be4.

I will do whatever I have to do to protect my family & my life. I'm terribly sad that I even have to entertain this idea but this is where we r now. At least where I am. Very distressing.
