So I'm going to be speaking form my area of expertise here in professional and creative burnout.
Recovery takes a ridiculous amount of time. We don't have great studies on it, but in my experience there is a link between what burned you out and the time to recover
A quick and dirty guess would be half the time you spent distressed.
In general, though, 2:1 seems to hold true for most people.
Ouch.
This is why you keep burning out, btw.
You feel "fine" and jump right back into that lifestyle that burned you out. Suddenly you hit the wall again
