I got a form letter from @lujan.senate.gov it addresses none of the concerns I've been calling the office about. He's doing better then @heinrich.senate.gov who hasn't even bothered with a form letter. Both of them need to be primaried out of office. - ThreadSky

Calling their office and getting a staff person typically works better than submitting to their email forms. The MoC will almost never write you back directly any way other than a form letter, but staff are easier to get meetings with and actually have dialogue.

That's frustrating. I get the form emails too, but I just ignore them. I've had productive conversations with staff at Heinrich's though, haven't tried that hard w/ Luján. Have you tried dipping into their local offices or getting an appointment to chat w someone there?
