What I fear is that not one Republican and 1/4 of the Dems do NOT have spines and are only concerned with staying in Congress even as Congress becomes helpless and meaningless

Don’t rush this question because we may not like the answer that SCOTUS gives us. Right now lower courts are acting slowly and deliberately. Let them try to goad compliance. Clarify orders. Haul officials into to testify. Set incremental deadlines. Slow down the ultimate confrontation.
