It’s more than likely *just money. Government possesses sovereignty which is, like it or not, absolute power - inc. the U.S. & it “allows” itself to be sued. Under the current administration, if it can be sued, it’ll most likely be drawn out for years. Who can pay lawyers for years? Not average Joe
