Everything by Robert MacFarlane, basically. I have read "The Old Ways: A Journey On Foot" last, and it is truly great nature writing, looking at the intricate ways that the movement through nature shapes thoughts.

David Roberts was simply the best writer of the genre. He is missed. Also look at the book Into the Void by Joe Simpson.
