I'm an European adult selling digital art and that means I had to write a privacy policy 🧍 it's the most serious thing I have ever written for my business which consists of drawing massive furry tits.

If you are a European business, you should have a privacy policy explaining what you do with your client's data. It's highly advised.
I doubt they will crack down on one single freelancer artist for it, but that's how businesses should be doing things, regardless of the size of the business.
Yeah I am aware because I was trying to find examples and I couldn't ahaha, so I had to write it myself. I basically just cannibalized many other privacy policies to come up with mine.
Here is the policy if you are really curious, but it's boring. Also, feel free to copy-paste it and use it for yourself, just change whatever is different from your business https://vilani.carrd.co/#privacypolicy
