Question to the community: what is the oldest measure of happiness/subjective well-being you know (that has been used at least to some extent)?

I'm writing a paper about the demarcation between eudaimonic, hedonic, and subjective WB in psych, and a short section is dedicated to the history of subjective WB. So your paper is spot on!
That's indeed unfortunate it is still used. Such a bad tool
