There were questions about important federal jobs (and people who had lost them). Questions abt local farmers who provide food for school cafeterias--program gone!-- and what they would do w/ crops. Questions about the uninsulated pole barn he calls home in the U.P. (he really lives in Louisiana) 2/

There were questions from veterans who recited the military oath of office where the audience recited..."support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." There was a question from a young (male, Hispanic) labor and delivery nurse who wondered how women who relied on Medicaid to give birth would fare if they became pregnant. There was a man who said he was a special education teacher (and got a standing ovation from the audience). GOOD questions. 4/

There were, naturally, questions about Social Security-- did Jack think Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick was right when he said that "real Americans" wouldn't miss a check or two? (Audience says: Wrong.) We get a lot of snow in CD One--did Jack not think we need accurate weather info?? 5/

There were Qs from doctors, moms, teachers, dishwashers and aspiring candidates. Including one psychiatrist who broke ethics regs by telling us the guy-- guys?-- running our country was a malignant narcissist. It was flat-out INSPIRING. Here's another pic of Flat Jack to remind you who he is. 6/

The last few Qs were variants on what can we do / and observations on how quickly we need to send Flat Jack to Louisiana, and his spineless Republican buddies home. People left fired up. For a guy who hasn't held a Town Hall since 2017 (where he insulted folks, left early) it was justice. 7/7
