Tails could get shrunk down from a science experiment and would need to infiltrate egg man’s base for plot reasons , he’d meet anthro-Bug people they’d have a quest that aligns with tails quest

and he’d ride around on Big the cats head to travel to various zones, since he’s so chill he wouldn’t raise any of eggmans alarms. I’d call it Tails’ Big Adventure!
