Exactly! I got off social media except for Bsky because it's so toxic lately... Many people are doing no social media except YT/Bsky, and not checking news for other countries daily, really helps mental health!

I live in America so I've learned watching the news every day isn't always the right thing to do...

I used to be very politically active, but now that's dangerous. People here are losing their jobs + getting arrested because they don't support our fascist president...
