Thanks for going in detail here. Are there stipulations other than the Take Care Clause that limit the power of the executive? In my opinion, a law to enforce it does not exist as it's within well established convention, custom and norm that a president will uphold the Constitution as they swear...

However, if a president is is consistently violating not only law but the Constitution itself through executive orders or abusing (or appropriating) the power of the executive a time comes when it's natural to ask if these are policy mistakes or intentionally manifested.

And, should we come to decide these to begun falling in the latter category it becomes a natural expectation arising out of the Constitution that Congress should be expected to make a law under which it can impeach the president for such violations - that should surely be construed as "high Crimes".

And if the Congress is reluctant to undertake such action, I suggested, the people should contact their representatives and ask so - citing a lack of legitimacy of executive to act contrary to long established tradition or also a break with policies they expected following the election campaign.

Ok, sorry but I have to correct myself here. "High crimes" indeed have a specific more narrow meaning. So, maybe in all the Take Care Clause and the oath of office suffice. I firmly believe neither you the people nor Congress can allow these to intentionally be broken.

Well, it certainly seems now that is a lot of trust to place in one person who can really only be quickly removed by the Cabinet that person appoints.
Those who wrote the Constitution never imagined the SCOTUS or Congress being so thoroughly infected with the same desire to trash it.
