Do you know about VOD Markers? You can put marks on your Twitch stream as it's being recorded, which makes finding clips later MUCH faster and easier. I have mine on a StreamDeck foot pedal, but you don't need all that to use 'em.

this post has been VERY useful for me, as even before the additions, it led me down the rabbit hole into OBS browser docks, and this has been a game changer for me. thank you 💜
I use Twitch Tools by BarRaider to have a button for this in the Stream Deck! It's been really helpful for making clips with a tight edit and good vertical layout so other social medias like 'em.
the regular stream decks get all the gas but the foot pedal is my BELOVED. You can actually hit it while in the middle of something. I have vtuber expressions on it too.
To get a button for them in OBS, go to Stream Manager. You might have to hit the + to see the marker button. Then, do Pop-Out Quick Actions, grab the URL, and add the URL as a Custom Browser dock in OBS.
A friend wasn’t sure where to put the URL, it’s under here. This will make the Twitch Quick Actions a little floating dock thing, like your Scrnes and Mixer etc in OBS. You may have to stretch the dock big to see the Twitch login the first time
use Stream Markers, seriously. I don't have how cool or funny or hype the moment is, you *will* forget it and be sad. Streaming is such a, well, *stream* of consciousness activity that it's easy to get lost from one moment to the next.
be safe and use markers to really capture your best moments
I wish it was possible to see those markers in the full clip VOD and not just highlight manager. Sometimes I just want it as a clip and not a highlight.
I use the make a clip button on my stream deck, and got do proper looking at it after

“Yeah you’re a naughty little marker aren’t you? Yeah, lick my timeline! Do it, worm!”
difference is, since I can't keep my browser open
I just use the "/marker" slash command when streaming
you can even do something like "/marker that guy got doinked" to add a brief description so you have context when you come back HOURS later
