I wish i could go through my Tumblr on stream the way people do with tiktok and stuff but the risk of accidentally showing some twink getting their back blown out by a nearly 7ft tall woman with a strapon is far too high

You'll just have to use a two-monitor setup. Tumblr on one monitor, open the posts you want to show directly in a new tab, drag that tab over to the monitor captured by OBS/StreamElements. Or just constantly switch between showing the window and hiding it. That honestly sounds easier.
