He fought for access to rights for the black population in the United States in the 1960s. He was inspired by Gandhi and the use of non-violence and was inspired by this in his struggle. Unfortunately, he was killed by a white supremacist. There are some great documentaries about him on YouTube.

Well, I know the basics that were taught in public school, just not much about his other more revolutionary and anti-capitalist ideals. I'm gonna do some perler beads and put something on about it to listen to! Wish me luck that I don't cry 😅
