I'm 48 in April, and middle age has hit me hard over the last year or so (fuck you so much, perimenopause). However, a Saturday night of takeaway pizza on the sofa with @jans-red.bsky.social, #knitting and now a big mug of Horlicks has been pretty bloody blissful.
