The picture on the wall is of his bonded buddy who died about a year ago, and the next will be of his new buddy (Moofi) where she's sitting in front of this picture when it was being painted, so all three will be in it. Here's a crude mock-up. It's a fake setting for a real photo.😎
My pinned first post on here was a full portrait of Jackie the little calico that was Blue's first buddy. We took her in and she kind of brought him round (both feral back then). He's huge and normally hates other cats, but took to little Moofi straight away.
