No offense but Sony is just doing what everyone else is planning to do eventually. Sony just gets the flak when they do it first. Then everyone else follows suit after they use Sony as a punching bag.

It's amazing to me that so many people don't care what console video game purchasing will look like once Sony completely controls the only storefront for buying PlayStation games. They doubled the price of Horizon Zero Dawn right before the remaster came out. Expect a lot of shady stuff like that!

I think until the PS6 comes out as a fully digital platform, people are not going to be able to reckon with what a full-digital landscape looks like

Or they are used to seeing how liberal Steam is with Hella Sales and not realizing that is the exception to the rule
