Putin is more intelligent than Felon 47 & keeps track of world opinion instead of just Fox News. He must have been furious about the ineptitude of his operatives in the Oval Office. Instead of looking strong, Felon & JD looked like little brats trying to act like big boys. He'll have to punish them.
