I just cannot figure out why Dems in Congress can’t figure out that THIS IS NOT NORMAL. Their constituents want them to fight! I want them to stand up for us all! NO on cloture! NO on their dastardly budget! This shut down is on GOP! Fight for us! SHUT IT DOWN!
I apologize. I try to remember not to fall into acronyms and sometimes fail. CR is "continuing resolution." Basically, your pass a continuing resolution to keep the gov't open when you can't get the actual budget passed. It happens all the time.
