I'm grateful to live in a Mexican dense area because yeah they open a lot of restaurants but they're fuckin GOOD and they don't cost an arm and a leg for the most mediocre shit you've ever had. I'll be sad to lose it whenever move away.

I once went to an "authentic" place, and the enchilada was cold chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. The sauce inside was just the same pace style salsa they had on the table.
