This will be a test to see if the Constitution will be enforced by the right wing Supreme Court. Or will the right wing justices tie themselves in knots to anoint trump as king. 🤷🏽♀️

Trump has been told repeatedly for the last 72 hours that during a state of martial law, elections are not required. His lizard brain will process this.
This was postulated in Con Law many years ago. It was in reaction to FDR for the two-term limit. However, the argument was for number of terms versus consecutive terms - for which the amendment states cannot be elected twice. Anyway, Amendments are very hard to pass.
