2 pools: 500GB boot NVME by itself, and then 6TB SSDs in mirrored pairs. The NVME has the boot partition and /nix, while /, /var, /home (which I'm now realising is kinda redundant to specify them separately in this case) are on the SSDs.

Learnt a little but more about ZFS datasets and I hear-by retract my statement of redundancy.
