I only had time to play it briefly, but it was smooth. Jen was watching her hockey game on TV while I was streaming my hockey game on the laptop. The remote play was still crisp with no lag or stutters. I haven't tried the cloud gaming yet, but I'm impressed with it so far.
I'm very picky, if I can't be sitting at my battle station like I want I tend not to play, I wasn't even big on Game Boy's as a little kid. But... it would open up so much additional time for me to play games lmao. These backshifts though.
im rocking the steam deck, and for the switch, CRKD's nitro deck. i got it cause i knew as soon as i did the switch 2 would come out. is a superpower of mine, by a product for a console that will only work on it, and the console becomes obsolete.

I do not need a white steam deck cover, it wouldn't fit in the case! It's not in my cart and it's not being delivered because I don't need one I don't.
Battery life might be questionable but I’m not really gaming while traveling so it’s good for me. I’m also playing ff13 so I know that’s going to kill the battery fast.
Steam Deck at least in my case doesn’t hold that long of a battery and neither does Switch or PS Portal. It also depends on how heavy the games are you are playing.
