Oh, guess I am the odd girl out? I also have a lot of toys, dolls, posters, dvds, books, comics, lps, cds, ceramic figurines, plushes. We all have our interests and styles. I think there is some crossover with geek culture among some trans people. I am also autistic.
Also, as a note, I pull my toys out of their boxes for the most part. I need to be surrounded by color and figures, I get anxious in open blank spaces.
All of the Funko pops I own were given to me by other people. I've never been fond of them, especially the human ones.. they feel so cookie cutter to me. No shade on anyone who likes them, they're just not my bag. I like my little guys ✨weird✨
i like them, and i used to like getting them as gifts, until i ran out of easy places to display them. they’re a lot less whimsical and fun when they become clutter
I worked in a store that sold the most Funko Pops on the East Coast (at least at the time), and like 99% of people I saw buying Pops were white cis men
