Bluesky, I want to hear your experiences. So, I'm doing the good ole caloric deficit grind. Calorie counting, etc.
If I happen to mess up a day or two, how big of a setback is it? Is it kind of like losing ketosis? Or totally different?

I just dont wanna have a situation where it's a really long slow ramp down, and one spike upward kills all progress cause it's easier to gain than lose.
I use a keto-mojo meter to track that kind of stuff, and just eat on track/water up the next day.
