yeah I think its because the other versions dont have that really eerie and amazing synth sound effect in them, the context the song is played in make it feel like the perfect Shadow song
Definitely. It simultaneously illustrates the true horrors of Project Shadow as well as signaling the completion of Shadow's character arc as he finally remembers the true promise he made to Maria. It's eerie, but also triumphant and hopeful.
