I think it'll take a while, Bluesky staff already had to deal with a huge migration, like 2 months ago, when twitter went offline in Brazil and all the Brazilian came here, they hit 10M on that time, 8M being Brazilians, and it only went down once, so they definitely upped their capacity
Judging by how it's all new, I give it a few more days tops. If the blocking system goes through however, this place will be cooked, before they all reset it again
