That part alone sounds an awful lot like Trump will just steal the rights through extortion and hand it back over to Putin. We don’t negotiate with terrorists. Period. Putin needs to be put in his place as a fucking WAR CRIMINAL, get the fuck out of Ukraine, and suffer consequences for his actions.
