maybe Im giving too much benefit of the doubt bc its Travis, but I think he maybe meant it more like it’s an honor to play for ANY president? Im not sure how often sitting presidents attend the Super Bowl so I felt like thats what he meant by it? sucks that this is the president thats attending tho.

Idk if you really meant to ask male Swifties in their 40s but, my take is that his only job this week is to not make every headline about him - to not be a distraction to the team - and that answer was the only way he could accomplish that.
