There's up and downsides between the two systems. While the tax isn't awesome IMO European regulations are for more ant-business than in the US.

I think this has something to do with gov’t wanting to know everything about how money is moving and to whom. So there’s waiting periods.

I opened up a business bank account late last year, and I have to wait days or weeks for absolutely everything.

I mean the papertrail also exists even if a transaction only takes a second. Or if you create a bank account in 5min 🤷‍♂️ both is possible in Europe by the way 😜

Sometimes I feel like that there are only 3 things easier in US than in Europe:
- home renovations as houses are from wood and plaster instead of bricks
- buying guns (and being shot by these)
- going bankrupt (probably because of the hospital bill)

haha! I'd also add:
- get sued
- lose a lawsuit because the other side has more money
- get legal heroin (OxyContin, Fentanyl)
