However, I still can't get past the title. Concord, from what I can find, is a name that is shared between a fruit, a historic city, and an airplane. Based on trailer footage and production art, the game was set in space, and the characters rely on a map that was stolen from some higher power. /10

This stolen map allowed everyone a chance to traverse the stars and seek their own fortune, breaking space law and pioneering a new age in this space fantasy. This bears similarity to the Battle of Lexington and Concord, which is the first major battle in the American Revolutionary War. /11

But if that was the case, why wasn't it an MMO or a single player campaign with a hero shooter attached to it? In the game the heroes are frequently referred to as "freegunners," which perfectly encapsulates who you are and what your role is in-game (bounty hunters). /12

As a title, "Freegunners" does seem a bit generic, but that's where graphic design comes in. If they were looking for a legendary ship called the Concord, then it would make more sense (it'll be more similar to One Piece in that regard). /13
