Fwiw, I know everyone complains about 1P, but I did the upgrade and it’s been fine. Generally works well and no real complaints.

There are a few subtle improvements (like 2FA support, family sharing, etc) but mostly it's just the same. I find it to be good software and not worth the time/energy of shopping around.
