In 616, Silver Surfer (1990, NES) was hailed as a serious, harrowing game based on a reality the average citizen could never experience. Thus, all future videogames in 616 were tough-as-nails shoot 'em ups released annually. MANTHING 2004 is the latest in the series, but would be a lesser 1942 here.
