Hey, so to clarify, I slightly misspoke. Many VAs were making the union interactive media rate, but not the interactive localization rate (which is higher and what Genshin would be under). But far from everyone was making even that. I heard of some people not even being offered a 2 hr minimum.

No, no, 2 HOUR minimum. The standard non-union rate is $250/hr with a 2 hr minimum. That means you are guaranteed least $500 per session, whether that session is 2 full hours or 10 minutes. And then $250 per hour thereafter.
