Turns out, they *never* have a doc who has my expertise so I can always say they’re talking out of specialty.
Then they say "but I don't want a single payer system, keep the government out of Healthcare!"
Imagine how much more patient time we could get just by eliminating prior auths!
My med requires a prior authorization renewal each year
I’m responsible for monitoring the expiration date and contacting the prescribing physician to ask them to begin the renewal process each year and worrying if it will be approved 😓
They know RA doesn’t cure itself. Fuck them
