I only get it from a few restaurants. Two here in Detroit/Dearborn and one down in New Orleans.
It's a process that I'm not undertaking, but you can get the coffee and kits off amazon.
Hot coffee needs a full scoop of creamer and a tiny one of sugar. If it's too sweet I won't touch it. Iced coffee though I can do a good splash of liquid creamer and no sugar at all.
In between. Definitely not black, but I hate khaki coffee!!! Right before the coffee transitions to brown from the creamer is usually the sweet spot for me.

I’m going through some things lol. If it’s too light, I fucked up on the coffee/creamer ratio lol
Typically cold brews are black regardless of where I get it.
Drip coffees at most cafes I take with cream.
With espresso, I also do it as a latte lol
I've done 40 ounces of a French Press at like 10 pm and have been able to be asleep by 11:30-midnight and sleep all night before 😅
I think I only have that skill cause I worked at Starbucks for 18 months or so lol
