So one of the many weird things about this is that the OMB guidance for the "Protecting Women" executive order explicitly states you can't use the word gender, you can only use sex and terms like male and female. So it's hard for me to wrap my brain around the contradictions here...

But we all know the "default" human is a 5'10 18-25 year old cis white male from an middle to upper class family. He has no physical disabilities, is heterosexual (or pretends to be) and intends to be a surgeon, techo bro, or lawyer. 🙄

“Women” is on the list means that more than half the population is on the list. On the list to be ignored by medical researchers, on the list to be blocked from the workforce, on the list to be scapegoated. But we should remember that now the people on the list easily outnumber them.
