The US should:
1. Open a RICO case and espionage cases against Elon and his mediocre cohorts.
2. File liens against any and all of Elon’s assets pending the outcome of the cases. Freeze any ability to sell any assets whatsoever.
3. Nationalize STARLINK due to national security concerns.
