The professors I know are remaining calm for the sake of their students but the students are scared. One prof brought in some treats for their students, to provide a bit of comfort so they could focus better.

College Republicans United is a white supremacist breakaway group who frequently brings neo-Nazis and other white supremacists to campus including Baked Alaska and Jared Taylor. Their website recommends antisemitic screeds like The International Jew and the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Sure, ASU will have the anti-genocide, pro-Palestine protesters arrested and impose new rules to prevent them from further protests but they’ll provide $11K in security for these guys when they want to host a white supremacist and his band of groyper loyalists.

Multiple lawmakers and AG Kris Mayes have condemned the College Republicans United event but few are mentioning the obvious: this is very clearly in violation of the Student Code of Conduct by threatening fellow students.
