It’s not about believing DEIs great and wonderful it’s about understanding we’re living through an organized and deliberate effort to enforce hierarchy. This is being done by elites across the ideological spectrum and we do ourselves a disservice by hoping the fallout will somehow benefit our ideals

I think diversity, equity, and inclusion are wonderful. Actually they should be baseline goals. And the programs I have seen at my previous company were carried out well with a fairly enthusiastic sign-on by employees. This is really a push from the right and not a reaction to real problems.

I don't think it sinks in fully even to most D that anti-DEI means all women. When I see women top officials speaking on any news event, I know -- heard them myself SO many times -- these MAGANazis seethe "DEI HIRE fire her!!" They demand to see only WSM (white straight males) from central casting

I think a recurring tic of the left is the belief that once they clear out the people who were “doing it wrong” they’ll then get *their* chance to rally the masses the right way and that’s not how things typically play out.
