When has following procedure ever stopped a coup? It’s time to defend our democracy a little more robustly.

I haven’t found any evidence that the administration has complied with the SC ruling yesterday. If they are ignoring the courts, and thus the constitution, we have to find other solutions.

Yes - WE have to find other solutions. The politicians will sit around and wait for the puppet-tyrant to do something stupid, but our country will pay the price while the oligarchs loot and pillage.

This is supposed to be a system of->for->by the people, so the people will need to handle it.

They need to spend A LOT of money on a PR firm and come up with a couple slogans and biting bullet points that they repeat and don’t back down from. Stop going on and on about every single little issue (DO address it legally), and just repeat some catch phrase that people unite around.

We just move from issue to issue and bitch on some news network ad nauseam and nobody gives a shit 24 hours later. We need our own “MAGA” and a unified protest (like Occupy Wall Street). There’s a reason that’s such an effective approach and complaining is not.

But NONE of that matters if they’re too chickenshit to actually do anything about it legally. I know we don’t have the numbers right now but we can make some moves that will hurt them and need to continue to do so. Trump is already indicating the courts are not enough though. We need to disrupt.
