why did it take 60 yrs to realize my #depression came from #comparing myself to others & feel I'm being #judged as "less than"? But finally realizing that nobody else's #opinion of me is *more* important than my opinion of me. But I keep an open mind for times where facts may prove me wrong. #IMHO
