Agree with the boring comment. I also tried watching videos but still boring. Then I bought Quest 3 VR headset and use Holofit app for rowing in various immersive environment. A game changer. Also works for stationary bike.
Do you enjoy going on the rower? I really wanna like it, but I find it just super-boring somehow. Tried watching videos while on it, but didn't change much.
Tough to say definitively. I have only been using it for 20m at a time and just for active recovery. I plan to use it for HIIT as well. But nothing longer than 20m to 30m. Haven't found it too boring, but I listen to music or podcasts. I also found that focusing on my form gives me something to do.
