Donald Trump is a manifestly evil office-holder who is enacting a deeply unpopular and tyrannical series of disastrous orders. Flat-out defiance is needed. Officials need to ignore the orders. Citizens need to organize the biggest collective tax resistance movement, and general strikes now.
