Well when I figure out the general idea of what I wanted for the card art, it took me about... I wanna say maybe between 5-7 minutes for each one? It's the dithering that takes up a LOT of the time.

Plus the time it takes to figure out the moves, the energy costs and what not that would probably add another five minutes? I don't have a program to get all the text written down, I do all of that manually in MS Paint.
