A few years ago I had a boner for jewelry that needed tools to remove so I tried a tribal dream for my PA & septum & they bothered me terribly - they never wanted to sit evenly in my nose (OCD trigger!) & the hollowed out area for the screw kept migrating into the piercings & irritated them.
